EzRemit expands customer services in India and the Philippines

EzRemit announced the opening of a dedicated customer service centre in India and the Philippines.

EzRemit  announced the opening of a dedicated customer service centre in India and the Philippines.  The call centres based in Trivandrum, Kerala and Manila will offer personalized services to EzCash beneficiaries in India.

As part of the service, once the customer funds have been credited to one of EzCash’s 14,000 cash pick-out locations, the call centre will inform recipients that their cash is ready for collection. Customers can also contact the call centre on the toll free number 1800.1033.006 for any transaction related query between 8:30 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday.

In January 2011 the company launched its first call centre in Manila, Philippines to ensure smooth transactions for all EzCash beneficiaries in the country. The call centre (+632 491 7338/ 7712) is open from Monday to Friday between 6:00am to 6:00 pm informing customers once their cash is ready for pick up at specified agent locations
